My son recently got a new job and orientation, training, etc was looming in the near, near future and he drops the "my wisdom teeth are bothering me" bomb on me...he wouldn't be able to take time off and calling off sick is not an option so I called Newport for an ASAP exam/extraction. Not only did the call center make calls to accommodate us, the operator Crystal checked in on me as I was in hold to update me as far as her progress. Finally, we got a next-day appt at the E 1st street location! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Again, the lady behind the counter kept me in the loop as she was processing insurance and what not. Any delays were by my insurance, but once we had the go ahead, everything went fast and smooth. I recommend this office for its staff, cleanliness, and professionalism by everyone involved, front office, techs, and doctors!! Thanks everyone!

But also deserving of a big mention is everyone else that works there who were humorous, helpful, and incredibly patient with my many questions and anxiety. Found this dental office by a woman I spoke to at the market she had just recovered from cancer and she had lost most of teeth I Aster what beautiful teeth she had and she gave me all the info I called them the same day they made an appointment for the next day and I was sold I had nine caps put in not only did they work and gave me a new smile I have a very rare disease that affects my nervous system When I bite down my teeth turn to me fight sideways so he designed my caps to work with my bike excellent work man this guy save my life and gave me a nice smile to look forward thank you to all of you guys to give me support right before my brain surgery this will be my dental office for a life
