I am a former patient, I came in for a check up. While I was in the x-ray chair, a gentleman by the name of Fred cheerfully said good morning. I instantly remembered his voice. I was very glad and grateful that he was the one to assist the doctor today at my appointment. Fred is very attentive, thorough, and happy. One thing that stood out to me was his great customer service, thoughtfulness, and observance while I was on the chair. As he was assisting the doctor with the suction tube, someone came in from behind him and asked the doctor something really quick and Fred turned off the suction so the doctor can hear clearly. Fred was such a great pleasure to work with today, thank you Newport Dental!

The request took about 2 weeks and the office called me back right away. Beatriz went over the authorization with me on the day of my appointment and offered me financing options. I got approved with Care Credit and got my treatment started on same day with a 0 down payment. Thank you to all Newport Dental and staff
