My son recently got a new job and orientation, training, etc was looming in the near, near future and he drops the "my wisdom teeth are bothering me" bomb on me...he wouldn't be able to take time off and calling off sick is not an option so I called Newport for an ASAP exam/extraction. Not only did the call center make calls to accommodate us, the operator Crystal checked in on me as I was in hold to update me as far as her progress. Finally, we got a next-day appt at the E 1st street location! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Again, the lady behind the counter kept me in the loop as she was processing insurance and what not. Any delays were by my insurance, but once we had the go ahead, everything went fast and smooth. I recommend this office for its staff, cleanliness, and professionalism by everyone involved, front office, techs, and doctors!! Thanks everyone!
